A: We will send you a pre-installation checklist detailing the required industrial power supply voltage, air compressor specifications, and foundation space needed for your specific model.

A: Yes. Once your operators successfully complete the commissioning and safety tests, Hanyu Global will issue an official Certificate of Completion, validating their capability to run the equipment safely.
A: Yes. Our CNC control systems and laser software are fully compatible with industry-standard design formats (DXF, DWG, AI, PLT, etc.). Whether you use AutoCAD, LightBurn, Cabinet Vision, or AlphaCAM, our engineers will teach your team how to post-process and import your design files seamlessly during the training.
A: 100% yes. All Hanyu Global machines are exported with fully localized English control systems, software interfaces, and physical warning labels. We also provide comprehensive English operating manuals and detailed wiring schematics.
A: No. The 1-on-1 remote video installation guidance and comprehensive online software training are completely free and included in your machine’s purchase price. If you require on-site engineer dispatch, all travel and labor costs will be transparently quoted upfront with zero surprise charges.
A: We understand that staff turnover happens in manufacturing. You will have lifetime access to our library of HD training videos and troubleshooting guides. Additionally, you can easily book a refresher remote training session with our engineering team to get your new operators up to speed quickly.
A: Do not attempt to power on the equipment. Take clear photos and videos of the shipping crate and the damaged parts immediately, and contact your Hanyu Global support representative. We will guide you through the insurance claim process and fast-track the dispatch of replacement components so your installation isn’t severely delayed.
