A: Yes. All of our woodworking and metal processing machinery, including CNC systems and Laser control software, comes fully localized in English. Comprehensive English operation manuals and wiring diagrams are provided with every machine to ensure seamless installation.Also It allows customization of other operating languages, such as German, Polish, Japanese, Russian, etc.
A: Our comprehensive warranty covers all major non-consumable components under normal operating conditions. This includes CNC control systems, PLC mainboards, heavy-duty motors, main spindles, and laser sources. Any non-intentional damage to these core parts will be replaced free of charge, with round-trip shipping covered by us.
A: No, routine consumable parts and wear-and-tear items (such as laser cutting nozzles, lenses, router bits, and lubrication oils) are not covered under the standard warranty. However, we supply original replacements for all our machines at factory-direct prices to keep your running costs low.

A: Absolutely. We provide lifecycle support for all Hanyu Global equipment. Even if your woodworking or metal fabrication machine is 10 years old and out of warranty, you can still purchase original spare parts directly from our inventory and access our technical support team for guidance.
A: Our machines are designed for easy setup with remote video guidance, which is sufficient for 95% of our clients. However, for complex automated production lines or upon specific request, we can dispatch our factory-trained engineers to your facility for full on-site installation and operator training.
